With the start of the fall and the stresses in the world around, this class is designed to help you learn to relax more deeply and calm your whole system more easily.  If you are looking for a safe place to practice yoga in a small group setting with an experienced instructor, this is a great opportunity for you! Take the time for yourself, join us, and experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga.

$60 for all classes for the month, $40 for 4 sessions, or $15 for a single class
