Kid and Parent Event

Join us for a special event for elementary aged kids and their parents. During this event each kid and parent will spend 30 minutes doing each activity listed below. 

1. Do you remember the paper fortune tellers we all used to make as children? Well we have one that is created around positive affirmations for children. Let your children join in on the fun of making their own fortune teller that they can use whenever they feel unsure. Just color, cut, fold and you have your own affirmations!!

2. Play a game that promotes connection and attachment between you and your child. Take what you learn during this activity and use it moving forward. 

3. Partnered yoga for you and your child. 

Refund Policy: Refunds will be made to anyone who can't attend the event if notice is received 24 hours before the start of the event.
